Today was the first day in 10 years that Lance and I sat in church together. Yep, all the kids went the Children's Church, it was a miracle! We tried to call Sami's Dad in Etopia, but could not get thru, we will try again tomorrow. Lance got some cards from the kids, with messages and jokes.....and we all went to the Tacoma Rainers game this afternoon. Here are some excerpts from the cards......
Sami: "Thanks for all stuff, thanks for doing all stuff, I love you Dad."
Josh: "Why do golfers bring an extra pair of socks?"
"In case they get a hole in one"
Zach: "A father was at the beach with his children, when his 4 year old son ran up to him, grabbed his hand, and lead him to the shore, where a seagull lay dead in the sand.
'Daddy, what happened to him'? 'He died and went to heaven', the Dad replied.
The boy thought a moment and then said,'Did God throw him back down?'"
